IMAP advises Nordic Food Group on sale of Sarajevo based Bos-Agro Food to Austrian family office BLBH Invest
Bos-Agro Food is the leading wholesaler of cultivated and wild-growing raspberries and other berries in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
IMAP is pleased to announce that BLBH Invest GmbH has acquired Bos-Agro Food from Nordic Food Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bos-Agro Food is the leading wholesaler of cultivated and wild-growing raspberries and other berries in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its products are almost exclusively distributed in Scandinavia. Employing a total of 130 staff, the company owns and operates 4 state-of-the-art freezing and storage facilities located in the main fruit-growing regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a storage capacity of 5,120 tons. The entire value chain, including supply, processing, and distribution, is fully integrated and certified to the highest European standards.
BLBH Invest GmbH is a family office based in Vienna, Austria, that focuses on investments in small to medium-sized companies with high growth potential in the SEE and DACH regions. With this acquisition, BLBH Invest has gained access to the Scandinavian markets.
The IMAP Southeast Europe team, led by Kemal Sikirić and Edisa Zorlak, acted as financial advisor to Nordic Food Group throughout the sale process.
