Metall Göte supplies industrial components in materials such as brass, steel and aluminum, using advanced cutting processes. The largest customer segments are heavy vehicles and hydraulics / pneumatics. Operations are conducted in the company’s own premises in Värnamo. The company has 21 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 35 million.

Metal Göte will be part of XANO’s business unit Precision Technology and will be consolidated into the Group from 1 October 2011. The acquisition of Metall Göte is initially expected to have a minor impact on XANO’s result and position.

XANO develops, acquires and operates manufacturing businesses with unique or market-leading products and systems with related services. XANO will own niche engineering companies that have industries in northern Europe as their principal markets.
