Candor's day-to-day operations continue just as usual and the former shareholders continue to work on their respective existing positions. "I look forward to continuing to lead and develop Candor, and we are very pleased to hand over the ownership of the company to a long-term and stable partner," commented Lisbeth Malm, CEO of Candor.

Tim Persson, IMAP: "Following a well-structured process, we are pleased that the election fell to the Corporate Group Lotorp, as they have a historic local base in Norrköping and, as long as they can continue to further develop the company together with the old owners. We wish them good luck and it will be exciting to continue to follow Candor in the future. "
