Advised Axipto AB on the sale of 100% of its shares to Inducore AB

Advised the seller, Axipto AB, a subcontractor mainly to the heavy truck industry of 100% of its shares to Inducore AB, a Swedish industrial group.Axipto AB is a young and innovative company, with great experience and deep knowledge. Axipto has its roots in three Swedish engineering companies with different types of specialised expertise in machining. The company conducts its business in Nybro, Målilla and Mönsterås. Axipto has a turnover of around SEK 250 million and approximately 100 employees.

 

The Inducore Group comprises a number of specialised operations offering systems solutions, products, components, contract manufacturing and logistics solutions. Inducore’s operations are organised into three business areas in order to create clear, focused offerings for our customers.The Group has, including Axipto, yearly revenues of over MSEK 1 100 with approximately 600 employees.

 

With the acquisition of Axipto, Inducore takes a step forward and strengthens its position in metal processing with highly automated processes. IMAP advised Axipto throughout the process.
