Advised ePassi Payments Oy, the largest mobile payment system provider for employee benefits in the Nordic countries, to acquire a majority of the shares in Swedish firm Min Friskvård Sverige AB. Min Friskvård Sverige is one of Sweden's biggest payment system providers for personnel benefits. Due to the acquisition, ePassi will be able to serve both Finnish and Swedish companies better as payment methods for employee benefits can be concentrated with one supplier.  Finnish ePassi strengthens its position as the leading provider of mobile payment services for employee benefits in the Nordic region.

ePassi Payments Oy has acquired a majority of My Friskvård Sverige AB and strengthens its position as the Nordic region's premier mobile payment system for employee benefits. The acquisition means that ePassi complements its supplier network with more than sixty suppliers.

My Friskvård is one of Sweden's largest providers of pay-per-view benefits for employees. The services are based, like ePassi, on the internet and mobile phone technology. Since 2006, My Friskvård has provided a payment system for tax-free exercise and healthcare and developed digital and mobile payment services in Sweden. My healthcare has a gross turnover of more than SEK 60 million, and customers include Volvo and Uppsala municipality.

Through the acquisition, when the payment system for benefits is focused on a single player, ePassi is better able to assist companies operating in Finland and Sweden. The aim of this is to achieve growth through the introduction of ePassi's services for lunch and travel in the Swedish market.
