Mifratel and PCS join forces: creating a unique Benelux contact center group. PCS was founded in 2011 by Mohlad Hassan. According to the benchmark overview of the facilities contact center market published annually by CustomerFirst, PCS was the fastest growing contact center in the Netherlands for the last 6 years. With a turnover of around € 20 MIO per year, 650 employees and 3 locations, PCS, like Mifratel, delivers inbound and outbound contact center services to customers in various sectors. In addition, PCS has worked hard in recent years on its online and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service provision whereby contact center processes are highly automated.
With the takeover a group of approximately 1650 employees and €65 million of turnover is formed. More than 60 customers spread over 15 sectors are served by customer teams ranging from 1 to more than 100 agents.
