INFOND, a real estate fund that invests in commercial properties, acquired 100% of Brno Estates from Immofinanz AG. Brno Estates was founded in 1998 and is located in Brno. It is a lessor of nonresidential buildings and owns the Brno Business Park complex. Immofinanz AG, located in Vienna, Austria and founded in 1990, is a real estate investment firm.
The Company's core activities are the rental and management of its portfolio as well as development projects and portfolio optimized sale. Immofinanz AG focuses its operations on such markets as Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Poland and Russia as well as on the Retail, Logistics, Office and Residential segments.
