Advised Eson Pac Group, a developer and producer of complete packaging solutions, on its sale to Inter IKEA Investments AB. Eson Pac develops, produces and delivers complete packaging solutions consisting of cartons, leaflets & booklets, labels & multi-labels, print & apply labelling systems, etc. The company, headquartered in Veddinge outside Varberg, has production facilities in Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland. Turnover for the Group is around €80 million.

Nalka Invest AB invests in non-listed companies where they are active owners. Examples of other investments are e.g. Nordic Modular Group, Brunngård and Ryds Bilglas.

Since Eson Pac Group made the acquisition of Strålfors Identification Solutions (SIS) 2011-09-03 from Strålfors, owned by Postnord, Strålfors have had a minority owner share of the Eson Pac Group.The ambition has been to find new owners to this part, this is now is a reality.The other owner, Eson Pac Holding, consisting of members from the founding family and represented by Ann Rydholm, will remain as a shareholder together with Nalka Invest.
