Capstone Headwaters advised Therm-x of California, Inc. (“Therm-x” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of temperature sensors and heating solutions, on its acquisition by NIBE Industrier AB (“NIBE”), an international heating technology organization based in Sweden.
