IMAP Germany Digital Technology Report H1 2023

We are pleased to release an update to the Digital Technology Report for H1 2023. The report provides insight and analysis on stock performance, valuation developments, and M&A dynamics within the Software and IT Services sector.

Despite the continued rise in interest rates, LTM stock performance was positive for almost all indices and customized indices, due to the economic climate, and discussions about a possible end in interest rate hikes.

M&A activity picked up strongly,  reaching prior levels again, with more than 500 deals in Europe in H1 2023. While average deal sizes declined, valuations of publicized deals slightly moved up.
