Dendro Capital (“Dendro”), a private fund manager pioneer in the “Search Fund” model in Mexico, announced an investment in Tecnología en Cuentas por Cobrar S.A.P.I. (“TCxC“). The deal value was not disclosed. IMAP's team in Mexica, Serficor, acted as the exclusive financial advisor of TCxC, a master servicer and bond administrator of structures, in a stake sale to Dendro Capital. This transaction will stengthen the Company’s growth and corporate governance, to consolidate its leadership position in the Mexican market.
Founded in 2005, TCxC is the leading master servicing company in the Mexican public and private structured finance market. The Company also provides auditing services and trade receivables valuations. By the end of 2017, TCXC had a total portfolio value over 35,000 million pesos, having managed more than 425,000 individual operations.
