IMAP's Oil & Gas team participated with a booth at the Offshore Energy Exhibition and Conference (OEEC), Europe's leading offshore energy event, which took place in the Amsterdam RAI on October 10th and 11th.
The OEEC, celebrating its 10th anniversary, has been bringing together oil & gas, offshore wind and marine energy industry professionals for more than a decade and creating the ideal meeting place to network, discuss and learn about the future of energy.
IMAP Netherlands analyzed the Oil & Gas market from a transactional angle and created a report based on global M&A activity considering deals with a transaction value of more than EUR 25M in the period between 2010 and 1H 2017. Additionally, transaction multiples of the Oil and Gas industry are analyzed and compared with transaction multiples in the alternative energy sector. We proudly published our Oil & Gas sector report at the OEEC.
