IMAP Brazil (Brasilpar) advised the shareholders of Escola Santi on sale to Somos Operações Escolares

Brasilpar has successfully advised the shareholders of Escola Santi (former Escola Santo Inácio), on sale of 100% of their shares to Somos Operações Escolares.

 

Escola Santi, founded in 1969, is a traditional K-8 school in the city of São Paulo, with approximately 700 students and 110 employees. Escola Santi provides early childhood, elementary and middle level Education in the South-Central region of the city.

 

Somos Operações Escolares is the school operations holding of Grupo Somos Educação, Brazil's largest basic education company (revenues of R$ 1.9 billion in 2017), which offers a broad portfolio for K-12 schools that includes learning systems, textbooks and digital solutions besides having proprietary schools, preparatory courses and language schools.
