Vitale & Co. assisted Italgas, Italian leader and third player in Europe in the gas distribution business, in the acquisition of the control of European Gas Network, Naturgas and Fontenergia, companies involved in the distribution of natural gas in Sicily, Calabria and Campania and LPG in Sardinia.

Activities performed:

assistance in the economic and financial analyses;

origination of the transaction and assistance in defining the structure and the terms of transaction;

assistance in the negotiations and definition of the agreement with the counterpart;

cooperation with legal consultants in the revision, negotiation and definition of the legal documentation.
